You may have heard that there’s a company that’ll actually analyze the voice of job candidates you’re interviewing. Now, there’s a product from a different company whose features include turning interview screens into transcripts for you to evaluate.
It’s VoiceGlance, funded by another company, called MResult, whose principals have put a million dollars into launching VoiceGlance.
How it works is you invite applicants to structured phone-screening interviews. Those interviews are recorded and turned into text, and emailed to you. You can use VoiceGlance’s tools to filter the transcripts and assess candidates.
