A Look at Employers’ Policies and Practices for Workers With Disabilities

Screen Shot 2014-10-01 at 9.15.05 AMA new study looks at how flexible employers are and aren’t when it comes to flex time and “flex place” (working from home or offsite) for people with disabilities.

It also shows the percentages of employers that have specific programs for hiring the disabled.

The report examines more than 1,000 for-profit (which was about two-thirds of the sample) and non-profit employers with 50 or more employees.
