Paul Austermuehle is a vice president at Bernard Hodes Group. An industry veteran, he started his career as a copywriter in 1975 and ran recruitment advertising operations at Bentley, Barnes, & Lynn until it was sold to TMP Worldwide. He joined Hodes in 2000 and currently is a leader in its employer brand practice.
