Check Out the Q and A on This Career Site

But one company has a new q-and-a section that’s far more individualized than most, allowing candidates to pick which recruiter or employee should address their hiring question. 

Pinsent Masons, based in London, has 2,500 employees, 1,500 of them lawyers. It had a q-and-a on its Facebook page for about year — like Deloitte and KPMG have done.

But Pinsent has now taking the step of launching this on its career site.

Applications, or potential applicants, can ask both recruiting managers as well as other employees their questions. They can even narrow down who they’re asking: for example, they can address their question to someone with a background in philosophy, or history. They can also view past discussions.
