Developer of TalentSeekr Ad Platform Acquired

Internet advertising and marketing company Neutron Interactive acquired EnticeLabs, the recruitment marketing technology company behind TalentSeekr, a recruitment advertising targeting tool.

Based in Salt Lake City, Neutron started out as a recruitment marketing agency, expanding over its five years to offer a range of Internet advertising services.

EnticeLabs, headquartered in Provo, Utah, launched two years ago with backing from the founders of web analytics firm Omniture. Not surprisingly, TalentSeekr is heavily metrics driven. It has the ability to modify job listing campaigns on the fly, based on clicks and candidate applications. It depends on a network of listing sites, providing ads in a variety of formats.

Pricing is typically PPC, with a share going to participating site owners and publishers.

Details of the sale were not disclosed, nor was any announcement about the future of the EnticeLabs staff made.
