HP is celebrating Father’s Day early with a video mocking the frustrating and sexist advice females are given when preparing for an interview.
The two-and-a-half minute piece ends with HP saying that it’s training all hiring managers to reduce unconscious bias. “Talent is our only criteria,” HP says.
