What can I change to have my best quarter in the last quarter of this year? I’ve done well this year, but the last quarter of each year has always been my worst. Clients and candidates get so distracted during the holidays that it has prevented me from keeping momentum going to the end of the year. Do you have any suggestions?

Focus on booking more sendouts during the last quarter of this year and you will have a record quarter. (My definition of a sendout is a first interview between a client and candidate – either by phone or in person.)
