  2. I think a lot of companies could benefit from having another attitude towards visitors of their career site. I wonder how much companies can gain if they would develop their careers site as if its the first time someone sees their company? I agree with all your points, candidates are no longer convinced by a paycheck alone. Your careers page should present the visitor with a clear message & promise. The promise is what someone can achieve when they are employed by your company. It’s all a part of the employer branding of your organization.
