For years I would joke that recruiting is hard, but that it isn’t life or death … until I went to work for a company where the people we recruit and products we make have a direct impact on exactly that.
I work at Axon Enterprises, the makers of Tasers, and Body and Fleet Cameras, among other public-safety technology. We’re running a new recruiting campaign to help raise awareness and provide agencies with new tools to recruit the next generation of police.
We’ve unveiled the video below and recruiting posters for now, with more tools to come, all part of a campaign we call “I’m In!”
