The founders, James Hyde and Jonathan Flint, have a background in executive search. Candidates create a profile, attach a CV and other documents, and then make a three-minute video.

Candidates control who sees the video; they can make it viewable to recruiters, or just to one company they’re applying to. Recruiters have a dashboard where they can view the CVs, and can also upload job descriptions and company videos to the site.
