Recruiting and HR in 2023

This summer we asked hundreds of HR leaders for their thoughts on what HR will look like five years from now, in the year 2023.

Most people believe that job boards will have died, HR will be called PeopleOps, and that virtual reality will be the dominating force across career websites.

We also got insights into how HR is thinking about the relationship between HR and talent acquisition, where our economy will be in the future, and how many jobs will be replaced by AI.
