Sneak Peek at the Week Ahead

Here is what is going on this week around ERE:

  • On Tuesday, tune in to this week’s episode of Fordyce TV on our sister site. The second episode of Spits Happen with Dave Nerz is streaming live at 2 p.m. ET. Dave will focus on partnership success stories…how independents compete with the big guys.
  • On Wednesday at 1 p.m. ET, sign up for this week’s free webinar: Talent Acquisition Systems – An Update on Trends and Best Practices in 2009, led by Ed Newman from The Newman Group.
  • Keep an eye on the site this week for a new article Ed Davis, formerly with Conagra and now United Airlines. And a new contributor, Timothy Marston of Red Hat, will be writing about the need for recruiters to share more and compete less.
  • If you haven’t already, we would love to hear your feedback on our new community beta site. Let us know what you think before it goes live very soon!

There is also a lot of exciting news about upcoming ERE events.

Next week, hundreds of you will be converging on San Diego for ERE Expo 2009 Spring. If you aren’t able to make it, we will once again be streaming several of the sessions live on the ERE homepage.  Stay tuned for more details about which ones will be available and keep your schedule open on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.
