- You might remember Better Weekdays, which I mentioned in 2011, 2012, again in 2012, and 2013. Here’s the latest: Better Weekdays is turning into an “inbound recruiting platform.” College students will see company profiles and get job listings tailored to them, based on such things as their resume; an assessment they can take to help match them to jobs; their location of interest; and their behavior on the site, such as what they click on and “like.” The new Better Weekdays is rolling out initially in St. Louis and then replicating across the U.S.
- Workjam has raised $12 million “to communicate with hourly workers.”
- Speaking of that: Belong, out of Bangalore, raised $10 million.
