In the U.S., the EEOC has issued new guidance on pregnancy discrimination and related issues, and put together some new online FAQs.
You might remember the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Young v. UPS, from March 2015. That decision didn’t affect all of the U.S. government’s rules about pregnancy discrimination, but it did cause the EEOC to make a few changes to its guidance for employers.
