Facebook is a massively underused tool for attracting talent to your organization. Each day nearly 1.5 billion people access the site, much more than LinkedIn, which has 250 million users monthly.

Facebook also has lots of rich data that can be used to target relevant people based on their geography, education, job title, and interests.

So, it stands to reason that Facebook should be a great place to target job seekers. In fact, we found some data that says just that.

  1. I would have to agree with you on this. I had a huge project to hire 20 construction workers. I wouldn’t have been able to fill it without Facebook. It is under-used and under valued.
