Globally, 56 percent of executives said they are either “very” or “somewhat” concerned about losing top accounting/finance performers. That’s up 11 points over last year, according to Robert Half. It surveyed 6,000 financial leaders in 19 countries.
Meanwhile, 67 percent said it is very challenging or somewhat challenging to find skilled accounting and finance professionals today. Hiring is extra hard in Brazil, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong. More on that in the graphs below (click to enlarge).
